This illustrative map shows the proposed build-out plan for the Hillside Commercial Park project as it is currently designed. The blue hatched area shows three areas of wetlands on the property. The largest wetland must be left in its natural state - as it exists today. There are a total of 2.127 Acres of officially delineated wetlands on this property. The red line shows the limit of the 100-year floodplain for the wetlands and the Muddy Creek.
Internal roads and parking lots appear gray on this map. Green areas represent acreage to be left undisturbed (large wetland in the south west corner of the property); acreage to be re-graded to form a detention basin (north west corner of the property), or planted with new vegetation.
